Lamisil is an effective treatment for athlete’s foot. It provides healthy foot care with its fungus-fighting properties. Terbinafine hydrochloride treats fungal or yeast infections causing athlete’s foot. It kills the fungus, liketinea cruris(jock itch), ringwormandcandida albicans(athlete’s foot) to prevent it from reproducing and ultimately, stop infection. Terbinafine is available in cream, powder or tablet forms. If used as a cream, it may be applied topically to treat infections located on the superficial skin. The best part about Terbinafine cream is it takes effect in just half the time needed by other antifungal creams.
Using Lamisil 1% is for external use only. It is for use on the skin on the feet, ankle/climax or scalp.
For best results, wash your hands after applying Lamisil using a cotton swab or your household spoon. For comfort, lay down the cream on the skin and gently wash your hands again. Wash the area with soap and water and do not wash your hands with soap and water unless you are absolutely sure it is the formulary you are treating it for.
